We are back with yet another edition of Let’s meet in Poland! After a few successful events it is time for another annual meet up.

The venue change; we meet in a new place location information below . This year we’ve started preparations earlier, so you can book the dates as soon as possible.

Conventionally we start on Thursday and finish on Sunday, what’s new this year is an option to start the meetup on Monday. If you want to do it, please choose the proper option in the registration form. As every year we will not run out of drinks, hangover and delicious food.

What’s most important!! We encourage to bring your family with you!! No, this isn’t to be a party in “Blue Oyster”. I’m sure many of you will be disappointed, but we bring out our Real Life CEO's aka the Wives, Children, Girlfriends, Fiancés, Mother-in-laws, pack them up and take them with us.

Deadlines are non-negotiable. On July 15th final participants number are submitted to the venue. If for some reason you cannot make the deadline and you still want to come, please contact us directly, we’ll find a solution.

Advance is non refundable
Cancellation and cash return possible only until June 10th, the amount will be reduced by advance and any costs already carried by organiser
